The Haitian Order of Sovereignty is the highest honor bestowed by the African Empire. This prestigious award recognizes individuals and organizations who embody the revolutionary spirit, resilience, and unity exemplified by Haiti’s historical legacy. It celebrates extraordinary contributions to freedom, leadership, and social progress, serving as a reminder of Haiti’s foundational role in inspiring the African Empire.

First Honoree: Fr. Joseph Philippe
The inaugural recipient of the Haitian Order of Sovereignty is Fr. Joseph Philippe, whose lifelong dedication to Haiti’s development embodies the values of this honor. His remarkable achievements include:

  • Founding Haiti’s largest microfinance bank, empowering thousands with access to financial resources.
  • Establishing educational institutions, including a school and university, transforming the lives of countless young people.

The Order of the Royal Defender

The Order of the Rising Phoenix

Eligibility: Reserved for individuals under 35 making significant impacts through leadership, innovation, or activism.

 The Order of the Holy Family

Purpose: Reserved for family members and non-family members who embody the spirit of unity, loyalty, and familial strength in service to the Empire.

Eligibility: Individuals who uphold and nurture the bonds of kinship—biological or chosen—within the royal household and its broader vision.

The Order of the Silkworm

Purpose: Honors builders of the Empire whose labor, creativity, and strategic brilliance have materially shaped the infrastructure, institutions, or symbolic design of the African Empire.

Eligibility: Architects, engineers, artisans, visionaries, and creators demonstrating exceptional ingenuity and dedication to nation-building.
